Supporting Access to Care For Every Person, Every Community.

What is the Cancer Continuum?

Everyone has a place on the cancer continuum, a framework that describes the spectrum of cancer care—from prevention and screening to diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and end-of-life care. The cancer continuum is not a linear path; it is a flexible journey, and people may move between different stages over time. Simply put, the cancer continuum is a place to build healthy living plans, track progress, and make informed decisions at every step along the way.

Explore the continuum and discover where you are on the journey.

When Access to Care is Out of Reach

Many people face barriers that make it more difficult to access timely screening, diagnosis, or treatment for cancer and other diseases. These challenges contribute to preventable differences in health outcomes that can increase the risk of developing cancer and other chronic conditions. Factors such as access to healthcare, transportation, education, income, and other social and economic conditions can influence a person's ability to achieve and maintain good health. As a result, some individuals and communities experience a greater burden of disease than others.

Community Organizations are The Heart of Health Equity

What We Believe

At The C-Suite, we believe equal access to healthcare is a right, not a privilege. It doesn't matter where you live, the color of your skin, who you love, your income, or education. But creating health equity takes all of us. That’s why we’re proud to stand alongside our community partners, the Changemakers who tirelessly work to provide a better quality of life in their communities. Their passion, persistence, and willingness to challenge the status quo are helping break down barriers and build a healthier future for everyone.

I'm building this section of the website, but I wanted to get this section started. This will be a place to let people in the community know where they can find the trusted leadership in their community organizations - and teach other organizations about their as well. Stay tuned!
